Privacy Policy (Roblox)
This policy covers https://blindbutdangerous.com. The operator answers at [email protected]. It was last aligned with the site on 2026-11-05.
What loads, and when
A first visit has no stored choice. That visit is treated as granted, so Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra start on the first screen without an Accept click. The cookie banner still appears to tell you what is running and to offer Reject. Reject is the switch that turns these vendors off; it is not a gate that has to be opened first.
- First-party pages, styles, fonts and images served from this domain. No account cookie and no checkout are involved.
- Google Analytics 4, measurement id G-1X7772FE12, loaded from googletagmanager.com and reporting to google-analytics.com. It counts page views and basic engagement. We do not send names, emails or other direct identifiers to GA4.
- Microsoft Clarity, project z8pmee5eyg, loads from www.clarity.ms, scripts.clarity.ms and collection subdomains of clarity.ms. It collects usage events for session replays and heatmaps. Session identifiers and device/network information may be processed under Microsoft's policy; these records are not described here as anonymous.
- Adsterra, publisher 3403020, website 6176725, serving Native Banner unit 32101366 and Social Bar unit 32101367 from bicea.org and its creative partners. Adult ads are off. Only these two in-page formats are used: no Popunder, no Banner, no Smartlink.
- YouTube, owned by Google, only when you press a watch button. The page then creates an iframe from youtube.com (or youtube-nocookie.com) and Google may set YouTube cookies. Until that click, the page does not request YouTube.
- No traffic-mesh banner SDK, no AdSense, no other ad network, and no social login are loaded by this build.
Cookies and local storage
The table below names the keys this site and its vendors set. Vendor cookie names can change when a vendor updates its product; the vendor's own policy is the authoritative list for its domain.
- bbd_consent (local storage, first party, 180 days): the word granted or rejected plus an expiry timestamp. It is how Reject survives a reload.
- bbd_adbar_closed (local storage, first party, 180 days): remembers that the fixed Adsterra Social Bar was closed, so it does not reappear on the next page view.
- _ga and _ga_<stream-suffix> (Google Analytics 4, first party, default up to 2 years): a client identifier and session state used to count visits and distinguish browsers. The suffix is derived from the measurement stream; it does not include the G- prefix.
- _clck (Microsoft Clarity, first party, up to 1 year) and _clsk (Microsoft Clarity, first party, up to 1 day): a project/user id and the session that stitches a replay together. Clarity may also set MUID, ANONCHK, CLID, MR and SM on clarity.ms or microsoft.com, with lifetimes from a session to 1 year, and may use browser session storage for the current recording.
- Adsterra and its creative partners set cookies and local storage on bicea.org and on the creative domains they choose. Their names and lifetimes are controlled by those vendors; they are used for frequency capping, fraud and bot filtering, measurement, and personalized advertising where the law allows it. This site does not receive your name, email or precise location from them.
- YouTube / Google, once you press play, may set VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE (about 6 months), YSC (session), PREF (about 8 months) and related __Secure- cookies on youtube.com or google.com.
Default loading, Reject, and your signals
New visitors are treated as granted for analytics, session recording and ads, and the vendors load on the first screen. The banner is notice plus a withdrawal control: choosing Reject writes bbd_consent as rejected for 180 days, updates Google consent signals to denied, removes the Clarity and Adsterra scripts, and reloads the page with those vendors off. The footer link Cookie settings brings the banner back so the choice can be changed at any time. Global Privacy Control and a Do Not Track value of 1 are honored as a rejection before any loader runs.
Your choices and service delivery
The initial loading setting starts the services described above; an initial visit is not recorded as an affirmative Accept click. Accept and Reject are controls for subsequent loading on this browser. The choice record is stored to honor your setting. Serving pages and responding to email are separate from optional advertising and measurement. Each vendor's linked policy explains its processing and the legal grounds it uses.
Personalized advertising and opt-outs
Adsterra may serve personalized ads based on the cookie and local-storage signals described above. You can object or opt out through Your Online Choices, the NAI opt-out, or the Adsterra privacy policy. For Google, use Google ad settings; for GA4, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Reject on this site stops this site's Adsterra, GA4 and Clarity loaders for 180 days regardless of those industry tools.
Retention
- The consent record and the Social Bar close flag expire after 180 days or when you clear site data.
- GA4 retention depends on the property settings and Google's policy. This build does not provide evidence of the property's configured retention period, so no site-specific period is stated here.
- Clarity's published policy lists 30 days for playback data and 9 months for click data; selected recordings can have a longer retention period under that policy. See the linked Clarity data-retention page for the current rules.
- Adsterra retains ad-delivery and fraud data under its own retention schedule; we receive aggregate reports, not a copy of your browsing history.
- Emails you send to the contact address are kept long enough to answer and to correct a page, then deleted. You can ask for a copy or deletion of mail you sent.
International transfers
Google, Microsoft and Adsterra are global companies. Their processing may take place outside the EEA or the UK, including in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism described in their policies. The first-party pages themselves are served from infrastructure chosen by the operator.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent at any time with Reject or by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. Because the site has no account, the most reliable identifier for a request is the email you send; vendor-side data has to be requested from that vendor with the opt-out links above.
Children
The site is a guide to a Roblox experience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child sent us personal data, email the address above and it will be deleted.
Changes
Material changes show a new date at the top of this page and, where the change adds a vendor, a new line in the list above before that vendor ships. Alias addresses /privacy-policy/, /cookie-policy/, and /cookies/ all land here.
Do you sell personal data?
No. The site has no account system and no checkout. Adsterra and the other vendors process ad and measurement data under their own policies; we do not sell a contact list or an email list.
How do I change the cookie choice?
Use Cookie settings in the footer. Reject stores a denial for 180 days and reloads the page with analytics, recordings and ads off. Accept stores permission for the same period.
What if Global Privacy Control is on?
The page treats GPC and a Do Not Track signal as a rejection before any vendor loader starts, and stores that denial for 180 days.
Does the site show adult ads?
No. The Adsterra website is configured with adult ads off, and only Native Banner and Social Bar placements are used. There is no Popunder, Banner or Smartlink unit on this site.
